(B) Hall, Patio, & Pavilion - 150
2. Fees:
(A) Post No. 573 Members – $150.00
(B) Non-Members – $300.00 includes Hall, Patio, & Pavilion
(C) Military Unit Events. i.e. hail & farewells, FRG – $0.00
(D) *American Legion Family (American Legion, Auxiliary, Son’s, or Rider’s) sponsored Events – $0.00
(E) Refundable Cleaning Deposit – $250.00 (*not applicable)
(F) Non-Refundable Propane Tank Fee – $25.00
(G) Hall Bar Setup and Bartender – $75.00
3. The Renter is responsible for all permits and fees. The Renter agrees to pay applicable rental fees for the Hall Rental. A deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of signing this agreement for hall clean-up. If the Renter wishes to clean the hall after the event, the $250.00 deposit will be returned by mail after a representative from the Post verifies the cleanliness.
4. Cleaning consists of requirements:
(A) Removal of all trash to the dumpster.
(B) Sweeping and moping.
(C) Replacing all tables and chairs to the original set up or stacked on carts.
(D) Cleaning of the kitchen area, if applicable.
(E) Cleaning of the bar area, if applicable.
(F) Cleaning of the backyard area, if applicable.
(G) Cleaning of the grill, if applicable.
5. The refundable cleaning deposit may become non-refundable for any of the following reasons:
(A) If the Post is notified of a Date Change or Cancellation within 14 days of the event.
(B) If the Police are called for any reason involving the Renter or their Guest(s).
(C) If the Post must contact a cleaning service to clean the hall after the rental.
(D) If the Renter violates items listed in the special instructions section of the rental agreement.
6. Special Instructions:
(A) No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises at any time; this includes the parking lot and backyard area(s), violaton of alcohol will be addressed, to include any forfeitures.
(B) No alcoholic beverages can be taken outside the building; only exception is the backyard area.
(C) Those under the age of 21 will not be served alcohol nor will they be permitted int he Canteen Bar area or Game Room without adult supervision.
(D) The Rentor will be responsible for the conduct of all guests during their event.
(E) No staples, screws, or nails will be used anywhere in the hall.
(F) All decorations, tape, tacks, string, etc., will be removed after the event.
(G) The Renter is responsibile for all properties within the hall and paying for any restitution to the Post for any damages that occurred during the event.
(H) The American Legion, T/SHT Jack D. Levy Post No. 573, or the staff there of are not responsible for personal injuries or damages to person, property, or lost items on the premises; this includes the building, the parking lot, and the backyard area(s).
(I) Chairs and tables are for inside use ONLY.
(J) Chairs and tables will NOT be loaned out.
(K) Absolutely NO SMOKING of any type, including Vaping, in the Hall; to smoke, please go outside to the patio, to the Canteen Bar area or Game Room.
